“Bill, Brent, and Josh have been the best group of guys a home owner could ever have to work on their home. I manage this property and have used them for years. I used a company originally 8 years ago in Medford and they were hopeless and now out of business and not a shocker. This team has rewired, and put in the correct smart home equipment and we've never had any more problems. Today we are fixing the theater and now this house system will be amazing. I'm just saying if you live close to Oregon or have the funds they do travel and you will not be disappointed.”

“So I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write one in this case. I was in Ryan's shop earlier today when he was responding to a couple of negative reviews. I asked him about their reasons but he told me not to worry about it. I checked out the reviews at home and felt I needed to write something in defense of this shop. Ryan has repaired numerous devices for my family over the years and done excellent work for far less than any other business like his. The work is second to none and he goes out of his way for his customers. Does he miss calls sometimes? Yes. Have we driven to his shop during business hours to find him out of the shop? Yes. He knows his weaknesses as the only person in the shop and is upfront about the fact he sometimes misses people. Nowadays people have the ability to write reviews about anything they want which can really affect a small business. I know because I ran one for many years. This brings me to the point of my review. The reviews from Charles Smith and Jimmy Walker are extremely unnecessary. A 1 star review for a small business during a pandemic for issues not related to the work they do?!?!?! Get a freaking life guys! Not only do small business have to worry about Covid but they also have to deal with ignorant people writing idiotic reviews. I'm talking to you Charles/Jimmy. Get a life! Although not perfect, Ryan's shop has been invaluable to his customers and the community. Thanks for listening. Jake”

“Recently, I was low on gas and driving down Terwilliger Blvd when my car conked out. I managed to coast to a Shell location on North State St. in Lake Oswego. I noticed only one attendant was working when I arrived. It was a gentleman with clean cut silver hair. As I approached the entryway to the Jackson's food market. I heard a polite but assertive command. He recommended I wait outside until he was finished helping the customers waiting for ⛽ gas. At first, I was upset. I didn't see any reason why I had to wait outside. Then I saw how much effort the cashier/gas attendant was giving each customer. He treated them all uniquely but with extraordinary respect. Once he was finished he gave me impressive individual customer service. Out of respect I have agreed to not share his name. He explained how much he loves his job. The distinguished gentleman said he has been blessed to work for a manager and assistant manager that care about him. He explained how much he loves to converse with customers but told me politely he had return outside to help more customers. I hope he's doing well. He certainly made a life long customer out of me. Anyone in Lake Oswego, make sure you get gas or a snack at the Shell on North State St.The customer service is second to none. 5 ?????”
