They are up front and explain why each part cost what it cost and work at giving you the best solution for what you need. The mechanic who worked on my car knew what he was doing and called me back to keep me updated on the entire process. I was a little nervous at first after dropping my car off but after having everything done I would recommend and bring my car back if I need Services from them. 10/10 experience”

“I usually take my car to the dealership since I have a service warranty on it but since it is Covid times and they take all day and you need an appointment just for an oil change. I figured I would go to Valvoline , I have taken my other vehicles here in the past and have never had any problems. Arrived at 3:20 a couple of cars ahead of me a gentleman came out told me it wouldn’t be long and checked my lights blinkers and wipers. Wait about 20 minutes and was in an out with an oil change fuel treatment wiper fluid and air in tires. Not bad and the price was good for the time awaited and the service. Devon the technician was friendly, helpful and very polite. Kudos to the crew working today Thanks.”

Kevin was so attentive and kept me updated with the repair progress. What’s the most important is their work. It seems like no accident happened to my car after the repair. “This place was absolutely fantastic! We were only living in Lake Oswego for a year, but had several very positive experiences taking our Honda Odyssey there for general maintenance. He gave good, honest advice when we needed to have a tire fixed and was very reasonable in price for other work. As we prepped to drive our car across the country, he checked it out for us as a favor. While it was very kind of him, I wouldn't want to expect that of him if we still lived here. He has to make a living too! I can't recommend this place enough.”
