“I highly recommend using Justin if you're looking for any detailing work to be done on your car! I was preparing to get my car sold and was hesitant to use local detailing shops nearby (usually additional fees are slapped on with those shops and it can be hard to schedule). Through some searching, I found Reverse Detailing and reached out to Justin. He responded immediately and talked me through his process for the Whole Show interior/exterior detail I was looking for. (The Whole Show package includes Everything from both the Exterior Ultimate Service the Interior Grand Service.) He was able to schedule me within a few days and came to my house for the service. Justin is incredibly thorough, discussed each detail with me and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. He was transparent about any additional fees (ex: pet hair) so I could approve them prior to work being done. He set up two separate days to work on my vehicle to ensure the full detail was completed without rushing and with high quality. He exceeded my expectations and his pricing is very reasonable! My neighbors were asking for his card once he was finished. “I have bought or leased a lot of new cars in the past 6 years. My needs and wants change often so I am always looking at the idea of getting a new car. For years i drove electric cars and would use the dealerships free charging station quite often. 5 stars for that. I have been in a number of times to look at cars and check for deals. Most of the time I have been blown off in the past but found them more willing to help now. I was referred by Megan in parts as well as one of their former techs to stop by and check them out again because I was looking at getting rid of my fiat that I had bought new just 2 months earlier. They offered what 2 other dealership had for my car but the number was 2500 less than what carmax had offered so I sold the car to carmax. I went in looking for something that had a great discount and the got me a jetta s with the manual that was priced better than anyone else could do so I took it even though it was my least favorite color. I worked with Gordon and he came down on his day off to finish the deal. The sales manager was wonderful as well but he did seem a little shocked when I stopped in the next day to set up my detail. I can be a hand full to deal with in regards to cars so I think he thought I was returning it. Lol. On the day I picked up my car i was in and out of there really quickly. That was a huge concern of mine because I had my 2 kids with me. To sum things up i feel like i was well taken care of and got the very best new car i could get for my humble budget. Thank you!”
