“I needed a fender replaced on my Subaru, and spent several days getting quotes from many different body shops. I was a bit hesitant to check out Baha at first, mainly because the reviews were few and far between. But they were just a mile away from my house, so I decided to give them a shot. And I'm so glad I finally did! I just picked my car up this evening, and I couldn't be happier. Even the first appointment, when just getting a quote, their customer service was several levels above every other place I had been. The owner and his employees were super nice and very real, and I didn't at all get the feeling that they were just trying to make a sale. The quote was a little cheaper than the other places I had been, so that's also a bonus. The biggest thing for me was their honesty. I had a few paint chips that I had asked about being touched up at all the other places, and was told that I would need to just completely replace the parts that were chipped, and that the labor to do so would add quite a bit $$$ to the total. However, at Baha, the owner was able to just touch them up with paint with no problem. My car was finished in a good time frame, at a very reasonable cost, and it looks perfect. They may be located a bit further out, but it is 100% worth it to come here. I'll definitely be returning for any future body work I need done!”

“Quick and friendly and honest about work they were not comfortable doing. I had a headlight and tail light replaced and needed a license plate light but they told me that the panel they needed to remove for the license plate light is very brittle and often crack when removed so they weren’t comfortable replacing that one cause they did not have a panel to replace it with no f it did break and recommend I go to the dealership for that light to be replaced. Very helpful and informative and quick to replace to two lights ??”

They actually talked me out of a higher priced product to go with a less expensive more durable product with a better warrenty for my vehicle. “Recently had a small job done to our 2009 Flying Cloud. Replaced the countertops and dinette table top with hickory laminate with an aluminum trim. Also added a subway tile stick-on accent and replaced all of the lights with LED's. Ian was so helpful through the whole process and because we were going on a trip that shortened our timeframe, he accommodated our timing and everything came together perfectly. Would highly recommend them for an Airstream or anything other brand for custom work.”

“I have bought or leased a lot of new cars in the past 6 years. My needs and wants change often so I am always looking at the idea of getting a new car. For years i drove electric cars and would use the dealerships free charging station quite often. 5 stars for that. I have been in a number of times to look at cars and check for deals. Most of the time I have been blown off in the past but found them more willing to help now. I was referred by Megan in parts as well as one of their former techs to stop by and check them out again because I was looking at getting rid of my fiat that I had bought new just 2 months earlier. They offered what 2 other dealership had for my car but the number was 2500 less than what carmax had offered so I sold the car to carmax. I went in looking for something that had a great discount and the got me a jetta s with the manual that was priced better than anyone else could do so I took it even though it was my least favorite color. I worked with Gordon and he came down on his day off to finish the deal. The sales manager was wonderful as well but he did seem a little shocked when I stopped in the next day to set up my detail. I can be a hand full to deal with in regards to cars so I think he thought I was returning it. Lol. On the day I picked up my car i was in and out of there really quickly. That was a huge concern of mine because I had my 2 kids with me. To sum things up i feel like i was well taken care of and got the very best new car i could get for my humble budget. Thank you!”

“I usually take my car to the dealership since I have a service warranty on it but since it is Covid times and they take all day and you need an appointment just for an oil change. I figured I would go to Valvoline , I have taken my other vehicles here in the past and have never had any problems. Arrived at 3:20 a couple of cars ahead of me a gentleman came out told me it wouldn’t be long and checked my lights blinkers and wipers. Wait about 20 minutes and was in an out with an oil change fuel treatment wiper fluid and air in tires. Not bad and the price was good for the time awaited and the service. Devon the technician was friendly, helpful and very polite. Kudos to the crew working today Thanks.”
