I was so frustrated after calling others the former owner and other service people who work on lift gates on what I may not be doing to get this gate to fold in. I called Precision and spoke to Orion White in the service department and then took photo's and sent to him. I then called him back he knew exactly what I needed to do and I went back outside and did exactly what he told me and BAM there it went it folded.
