I found it so very kind that the woman would sing for my uncle even tho he may or may have not known she was there due to his state he was in. The downstairs weight room looks to be a converted parking garage that feels perfect for a hard, gritty workout. Yet, the upstairs has a more elegant, boutique style with cardio equipment and incredibly well maintained locker rooms. They always have coffee ready, decaf and regular, which is a perfect treat before my morning workout. I highly recommend checking this place out, I’m so glad I did!”
