“My dad has lived at Marquis Hope Village Memory Care for about 2 months and the high-quality care he is receiving is noteworthy. The attention he is getting surpasses our expectations. The administrator and nurse at the facility are professional, kind, caring, and conscientious about making this a dignified, peaceful, healthy, and safe place for my dad to live. My father is looking healthier and brighter since he has been living there. He likes the food and we know that the meals are healthy for him. They make sure he drinks enough fluids, an ongoing challenge. My dad has always been an active person, getting outside everyday. During Covid times, their protocols are different, but they make sure Dad gets fresh air most days, which helps his mood considerably. The staff goes to great lengths to help make their residents' apartments comfortable, familiar, and safe, which is calming to my dad. The aids with whom I've interacted have shown great patience and kindness toward my dad. Additionally, the administrator and nurse recognize that having to place my father in a facility is stressful for the entire family. It's especially difficult emotionally for my mother because my parents are still crazy about each other after 66 years of marriage and above all else, they simply adore one another, so being apart is sad for them. The staff welcomes my mom and family members to visit (through the window during Covid) as often as we want to visit and they installed a special awning outdoors to protect us from the rain, a chair, and 2-way speaker to make communication easier. They help my dad talk with us on video calls whenever we ask, and they help him to call us when he is missing the family. The nurse communicates regularly with the family and takes initiative to communicate with my dad's doctors about his care, relieving that huge stressor from us, but always consulting us. Having said all this, the staff are human. Not everything is perfect. The worst thing was that Dad had a bad fall because he forgot to use his walker when getting up from a chair. The staff took this very seriously, and afterward we met with them to update his plan of care and make sure this doesn't happen again. Accidents happen, and life is unpredictable, especially for those people who need to live in a memory care home. Overall, I can't imagine a more welcoming, safe, professional, top-notch team. It's safe and healthy for my dad while providing a better quality of life for my mom. This set-up helps both of them to get the rest and care they need. When Covid is past us and Mom can visit Dad in person that will provide the cherry on top of Marquis Hope Village Memory Care.”

“I have been coming to this dental office for about 4 or 5 years now. They have been great to work with. The ownership/dentist switched during the Covid shut down, but I have been pleased with both dentists, and the Hygenist. They have given me some great pointers in caring for my teeth that have a made big difference for someone like me that is prone to a lot of cavities. I have had a significant decrease in dental work since coming hereand following their advice.”

“Our family has used Dan Neils for our insurance needs for 5+ years. He is incredibly helpful at guiding us through getting insurance and saving us money. He is very contactable and knowledgeable. For small business owners like ourselves, who don't want to overpay for insurance, I highly recommend Dan. When our son broke his leg, Dan guided us through filing the claim correctly so we would not need to pay the deductible, as it was an "accident". 5 STARS!!”

“I have worked at Mountain Park Memory Care for 7 months and have loved every minute of it. I started out as a Med Tech and have been given the opportunity to be Resident Services Manager. My boss has given me the tools to not only do my job better but to also take care of my residents in the best way possible. My boss makes it known that when staff need ANY kind of help, she is always willing and able. She also works the floor and takes AMAZING care of our residents. Mountain Park Memory Care is a great place to have your loved one live. The staff are always there for them and take care of them without any hesitation. The team in each neighborhood is strong and knowledgeable and will make it known they love the residents as their own family members. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you. The people caring for your loved one will make sure your family member gets the best care we can provide and make sure you know everything that is going on with them. No one is left in the dark about the care or changes your loved one has while staying at Mountain Park. Believe me when I say, our staff love our residents like our own family. Dental assistant and dental hygienist are superb. Dental receptionist was great and ensure that all patient information is updated and correct. Everyone is kind and welcoming. “I only saw one review for Dr. Franco when I looked him up and it was such a far fetched rant, I needed to add my own. Not only did Dr. Franco treat me with the utmost respect, but he was thorough, caring and kind. He kept me an extra day to be SURE my blood work was all clear before he discharged me, and that my pain was under control. He spent extra time and patience explaining each and every aspect of my illness/condition, addressing all my concerns one by one himself, even coming back to my unit to personally let me know my blood work was cleared and to make sure I had no further questions before my release. Most busy doctors in the hospital, if your tests are finally clear and negative, will just let a nurse come let you know you're being released. I also saw Dr. Bensch during my stay, and he was excellent, as were ALL of the 6 or so different nurses who cared for me. I was in a lot of pain and they were there for every little need I had. Erin was the nurse I spent the most time with and she was phenomenal, and also Mary, Lisa, and Ross were incredible to me. I wish I could thank them all personally. I'm not sure if the nurses move from unit to unit but for these nurses in unit 3D during the first week of March...THANK YOU!”

The care team is great about communicating with family members and keeping everyone updated. The activities calendar is very full and there's always a lot going on which makes for a lively and communal environment. I would highly recommend this facility.”
