Fortunately, a few years earlier I had been referred to Rachel for removal of a growth on my forehead. I remembered how comfortable appointments with her were and arranged to come in again. After one look, Sarah saw that there was irritation, and began treating me for a scalp fungus, with some results. Eventually, she tried a treatment for scalp acne, which was immediately completely effective. By that time, she had identified other areas of fungal infection (feet, nails) and we treated those. “My family has received fantastic care in this ER. We've unfortunately had reason to visit a couple of times this summer; both times we found the staff, nurses, and doctors to all be friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient. While in the ER proper, I noted several disgruntled patients who seemed to be the cause of their own ire. "You get more bees with honey than vinegar." Show some basic respect and decency towards others, people. Yes, there were times they would pause to talk with their colleagues. This is normal and acceptable in any other workplace, why would this not be acceptable in the ER? From my perspective, patients in more dire need of care were tended too promptly. I understand the frustrations that some have expressed in these reviews, but wouldn't you much rather have a happy nurse/doctor than a burnt-out one?”
