“I lived at Portera for three and a half years. The apartment units are beautiful, with exquisite detailing. The office and maintenance staffs are always friendly and helpful. There are two things to keep in mind, though. First, the sound insulation between floors is weak, and you may hear what is happening in the unit above you unless you are on the top floor of the building. And second, the annual rent increases are very aggressive. You will likely be disappointed if you value stability in future rent payments.”
