Camp Colton

Camp Colton is the most beautiful, magical venue.
1) The venue is flexible about outside vendors and the Camp Colton staff are incredibly easy to work with.
2) The accommodations are comfortable, lovely, and well thought out. We booked the wedding weekend package and had 50 people staying at the camp.
3) The grounds at Camp Colton are unparalleled. Our guests walked around with their mouths open most of the time because every corner of the camp was bursting with light, greenery, and rustic forest charm.

My husband and I toured the venue in 2022 where we met Jocelyn. She was so lovely to work with. What was immediately apparent to both my husband and I was how much love and active land stewardship is invested into the property by the owners of Camp Colton. This is not a cookie-cutter wedding venue. Camp Colton is mind-blowingly beautiful, lush, artistic, and respectfully integrated into the surrounding forest.

Like all type-A brides, I was already in the depths of planning and wedding execution 18-months prior to my wedding when we signed our venue contract. LOL. Planning work with our wedding coordinator at Camp Colton didn't really pick up until the spring of 2023 (4-5 months prior to the wedding). In hindsight, that timing was perfect. While I may have wanted lots more communication earlier on, it honestly wasn't necessary, and starting to really firm up plans with the coordinator in the spring before the wedding was perfect timing.

Our day of coordinator, Allison, was organized and affable. She was always available and on hand during that whole weekend. She took care of a lot of things for us so we could be more stress-free on our wedding day. She made our day run so smoothly and my husband and I feel so grateful to her and the rest of the Camp Colton staff.

My husband and I are will forever cherish the joy and raucous celebration had on our wedding day at Camp Colton.

I am so grateful we found Camp Colton! This is one of the best kept secrets in Oregon. Beautiful property, cozy sleeping arrangements, full sizes kitchens for our event, we loved the BBQ gazebo and pond, and trails for days! Don't miss the waterfall. Special shout out to the staff for bending over backwards to make last minute arrangements. We will be back!

Camp Colton is a magical place! I would recommend this for any event; weddings, art & healing events, family reunions and movie sets! The staff went above and beyond to help us, Acting for Kids & Teens, create an amazing student short film. Everything was perfect.

I was able to have my dream wedding thanks to Camp Colton and Jocelyn!

As soon as my husband and I got engaged, Camp Colton was one of the first places on my list to go see! After our tour, my husband and I knew that it was the perfect place to create our dream “Twilight - Breaking Dawn Pt. 1” wedding!

If you are a nature lover, this venue is perfect! I felt like I didn’t even have to worry about the decor as much because the place it’s self is breathtaking.

Jocelyn, was spectacular. We clicked right away, and I felt like she truly supported me through the entire wedding process. She gave me so many useful pieces of information and was so kind and encouraging to me the whole time. She made great connections with my family and the whole wedding day was such a smooth and wonderful experience because of her!

Like I said, my dream wedding became reality! 😍

Beautiful grounds. Very Eco friendly. Well thought out landscaping that highlights mother nature's own plan while making the grounds accessible and easy to walk around. There are streams and open meadows between the many out building, and multiple lodging options and open camp grounds too. The path ways are well lite and several buildings have a modern lodge, log cabins, industrial feeling. A couple were more retro. The Chapel is large enough to have a good sized wedding in. There is a outdoor dance pad and a stage/sound set up. The restrooms in main food hall were clean with an industrial flare in decor on handrails, slider doors. I attended a multiple day festival/campout event with all age attendees. The are several parking areas, as well as many non vehicle paths. There was one road in and another to exit. A tiny bit confusing, and there are close by residential neighbors though well blocked from view. I plan to return to enjoy this great space as a private camper.
