Excellent work and they even detailed the vehicle before returning it to my wife! Great local business to support.
They did a great color match on a fender and bumper cover for 2020 RAV4, and made sure to get lane assist electronics fixed correctly. Staff also did a great job of communicating logistics and time frame! Thank you for the job well done !
No wait to get the necessary estimate. They worked with my insurance company to get my claim processed right away. Quick turn around on the body work. My car was clean, shiny and like new when I got it back from them. I am very happy with the service and the look of my car. Thank you
Daughter had a convertible top that was leaking in rain storms. Took the car to a local auto repair for an estimate. The auto repair shop took almost a week to diagnose and the estimate was around $1,200. Since the leak was where the top meets the windshield we decided to see if a Auto Glass place could give an estimate. Columbia Auto Glass diagnosed it in about 10 minutes. Researched the part availability and cost. Columbia Auto Glass concluded that the actual installation of the part would be better handled by a auto body shop since the part was a seal on the frame rather than glass. They referred us to St Helens Auto Body. St Helens auto body professionally installed the part. Total cost including part and installation under $300. Both businesses were willing to go above and beyond to give exceptional, courteous and professional service. I highly recommend both.
