I recently bought a 2020 Silverado from another dealer as this dealership at the time didnt have what i was looking for. Due to this is my neighborhood dealership the service department welcomed me with the upmost courtesy and kindness even setup and scheduled my first maintenance visit.
So i wanted to do some upgrades and i visited 3 to 4 separate dealership parts department to get information none including the dealer i bought it from wouldnt try to take the time to look up the information. So again i went to my neighborhood Hubbard Chevrolet and went this time to the parts department long story short i will never ever go anywhere else these two guys were the most friendly people to interact with they literally took time helped me find what i needed and printed out diagrams and pictures who does that anymore. So this dealership gets 10 stars from me.

Service was GREAT! I took my car to them on Thursday with a very serious coolant problem, they didn't have an appointment until Tuesday (8/25/20). Friday 9:15 (the next day) they called and they had a opening, I took it in and by 3pm they had it fixed. They gave me a loaner vehicle, which was AWESOME! I am totally satisfied with the service I received! 😊
