“I want to thank Al and Mike for the utmost in professionalism and personal care while visiting their Pacific Valley RV facility. They spent almost 3 hours showing us the coach we were interested in buying. Reasonably priced and I know this because I have been looking for at least 18 months for a specific coach. We made the sale and down the road we went. Along about 7 hours we developed a problem. We called them to see what we should do to fix it. We spent alot of time brainstorming after which in time everything was fixed. Was as simple as tightening the battery cables and on all 6 batteries. All the batteries were tight but not quite fully tight. I felt relieved when everything started working as it should. We drove home to Oklahoma City OK from Portland OR. The concern and worry in their voice show they really cared about service after the sale. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating. My wife and I plan on visiting their RV place again in the future just to say hello and to thank them for all the help they gave us. Pacific valley RV is the number one place for buying your RV. There is not enough room in this review area to tell how wonderful this place is as a business. God bless you Al and Mike and look forward to visiting with you again. 10+ rating! Will go back to visit them in the future. 😀”

“No issues, been here multiple times. Friendly staff. They have the traditional convenient store hot food and a variety drinks and snacks. They also have a ATM inside if needed, along with a pure mineral water self serve station outside.”
