As a female truck driver it’s hard to find repair shops actually respect you and don’t try to get one over. The whole staff so respectful and polite. The actually took the time to listen to me describe what was wrong with my semi and fix the problem without trying to sell me additional things. The whole place was clean inside and out. The showers were nice. The drivers launch was, I could not recommend them more, and I told other drivers within my company that if they are ever in the Portland Oregon area, this is where they need to go for truck repairs.
The people are friendly as hell and they just got a great atmosphere you don't feel trapped good coffee fresh popcorn clean bathrooms and super friendly employees I recommend it to anyone driving a Freightliner or Western Star
Premier has the best parts counter man in the area at Brooks Store, Will goes the extra mile to make sure all parts arrive in a time and are correct. It's refreshing to deal with someone with his high standards & quality of customer service.
Our Semi broke down with a ICCP error and left us stranded in the middle of the road on Thursday night. The staff was nice enough to keep the gates open until after midnight the night we had our truck towed into their shop. We were stuck in a hotel for four days while our truck was in the shop! Our truck was ready to be picked up Monday afternoon. The Uber driver who drove us from our hotel to pick up our truck was the husband of the lady who works here at Premier, which was nice that he knew the directions without google. To the Uber driver and his wife, I hope you have an amazing 70th birthday party! Thank you for sharing your story with us, and welcome to Oregon!
I had several great experiences with restoration projects I entrusted to St. Louis Restoration
Checked in 0700 for a DOT and lube job. Let's see if they will expedite as requested..customer waiting.
0713 so far so good. Professional greating(s) and trucking banter. Chilling in brake room.
0725 update on inspection. Found active recall on truck, asked to run recall, given time line, work approved . Discussed other issues, I took no action.
1000am update
Truck is almost ready..recall is being performed.
Brad Vender is knowledgeable and professional and good at communicating your vehicle status.
Super happy with how I am being kept informed.
1036am
Truck is ready.
Brett and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our kitchen cabinets. The finish is now like glass, leaving the natural maple looking like new...maybe better than new. Very easy to work with and quite accommodating. I would absolutely recommend his work, and his art.
Terrific job restoring an old door which was severely weathered. Came out looking fantastic. Terrific attention to detail. Highly recommend this company.
Great restoration of a very treasured rattan/wicker piece custom made in Asia many years ago. Did a brilliant job with the color - just perfect and topped it off with a very elegant lacquer job. It was a tough piece to work but they did it well. It's now at back at home and looking wonderful.
Restored and reupholstered a Victorian couch passed down in our family from the 1800s. Couch was sad shape when we handed it over but came back looking new. We learned so much about our furniture from Brett! They also redid 2 chairs for us and did a wonderful job. Really reasonable prices, kept us updated throughout the process, and we will be back for more.
