My mother has moved into the assisted living area and the staff have been very attentive to her needs. “I don't think I can say enough about Heartwood Place...they took wonderful care of my mother for the last 4 years of her life and my father for a short while until he passed on. We originally looked into Heartwood because of its proximity to my home which would make it easier for my father to visit her every day...which he did except for when Covid hit and visitations were limited. Since we visited every day, we got to know everyone really well...staff and residents. Both the administrative staff and caregivers love the residents and treat them like family. I can honestly say that I don't think my mom would have gotten better care anywhere else. Even though it has been a couple of years since my mom passed on and over a year since my dad passed, I am still friends with several of the staff who cared for them. If any more of my loved ones needed a memory care facility...I wouldn't have them go anywhere else.”
