“I recently started using Serge and his brother for both of my company rigs, a 2001 GMC 2500 Duramax and an 2003 Dodge 2500 Cummins. So far they have done new door hinge pins, water pump, brake booster, and also fixed a dent in my fender due to an unfortunate even with a fence pole. It’s not everyday you find a little shop that are equally good at auto body repair and diesel truck repairs, they do an awesome job as well as Serge has always come in below what he’s quoted me and his turn around time is more than reasonable. If you live in the area and you’re not using Serge and his brother to fix your trucks you’re doing it wrong.”

“Wow - Gr8 place! my flatbed truck clutch was slipping and our usual mechanic said I needed a replacement and it would take 2-3 weeks to get in and a week to do the job ($3,000+ to repair). While calling around for bids and scheduling I bumped into Pacific. Doug said I should come by the next morning and see if the clutch needed an adjustment. I did that, he got under it and confirmed an adjustment would do the trick. He adjusted it and had me on my way in under 20 minutes and for under $50. Honest, nice, thoughtful and competent!!!”

I have taken my trucks there several times. And the work has been very good. He is busy, but he will do his best to get you in. Due to post COVID. Don't expect the work to be done fast, like many other places. He is experiencing shortages of parts and supplies. But he will do his very best to get the job done. Would I recommend him?. Yes I would.. and I told my friends that own equipment to see him.”

I have dealt with many other so called "Performance" shops only to be turned away when experiencing problems after the fact. When presented with a problem they are very forth coming with the cause and solution to repair the issue and give other options to get better longevity and performance from my 2006 Dodge 2500. They have been quick to point out other potential issues that could have caused me a lot of grief and expense while working on my truck. They have always been very courteous and friendly on the phone and in person to deal with. Never have they used any pressure tactics in trying to sell me an upgrade not needed resulting in a more expensive sale. “I contacted Carlos Automotive Repair today because my splash guard on my 2015 Camry popped off and was dragging on the ground. It’s hard when you’re a young woman going alone to mechanics because I’ve found that places like Les Schwab want to try to upsell me the entire time I’m there and tell me I need to purchase things I don’t need to purchase. I reached out to the guys at Carlos’ and was quoted $20-$40 and I asked if they had time that day and they said absolutely and to come on down. I showed up and the guy that helped me was so nice and made me feel so comfortable while I was there. He promptly pulled my car in, I took a seat in the office, and he fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. He came back in and charged me $10 for the repair. I can’t say how much I appreciate the guys there enough! Times are tough and money is tight and I was worried about how much it was going to cost me, and thankfully the nice souls at Carlos’ really hooked me up. I recommend them if you need mechanic work done, I’ll definitely be going back in the future. Thanks guys!!”
