“My mothers husband passed away and she moved into Cascade Park in November 2020. We worked with Tracie Flores the executive director to get my mother in and I was very pleased at the Help Tracie provided. Tracie worked with my mother and myself frequently to address any issues that my mother had, she can be a challenge at times and Tracie went above and beyond to make my mother very comfortable. My mother has moved into the assisted living area and the staff have been very attentive to her needs. I would also like to thank Natasha at the from desk for all the help see has provided to me and my mother. Tracie and Natasha have made all the difference in the world to my mother. With help like this I could not ask for a better place for my mother to live at. Also the facility is kept in very good shape and they have very good meals for the residents. “I don't think I can say enough about Heartwood Place...they took wonderful care of my mother for the last 4 years of her life and my father for a short while until he passed on. We originally looked into Heartwood because of its proximity to my home which would make it easier for my father to visit her every day...which he did except for when Covid hit and visitations were limited. Since we visited every day, we got to know everyone really well...staff and residents. Both the administrative staff and caregivers love the residents and treat them like family. I can honestly say that I don't think my mom would have gotten better care anywhere else. Even though it has been a couple of years since my mom passed on and over a year since my dad passed, I am still friends with several of the staff who cared for them. If any more of my loved ones needed a memory care facility...I wouldn't have them go anywhere else.”

“The place is clean and they do a good job. They on the other hand didn’t give me an honest quote for what I’d be paying to get one thing done. They quoted me a very high amount to begin with, I paid it insurance paid, and now for some reason I’m being sent a bill months after and the for why they didn’t quote me higher to being with was never explained to me. I’m not going back to this place again. Even when I called to get an explanation to the bill they couldn’t give an actual reason for the amount at all. I’ve never had to deal with this from a dentist before. I’m very disappointed this happened especially because of the reviews I read. Update: they looked into my account and sent me a refund. The refund was a big one, which is why I’m not super happy that I even got sent a bill in the first place. Advice to those that choose this dentist, read your bills and make sure the math adds up. They do great work. It’s the billing department that worries me. I do have to say that the owner is at least honest and looks into things that upsets customers which is a big plus.”
