Tamara has been our fiercest advocate in the home buying process. Since the sale, she has really shone - there have been challenges in getting some of the work that was agreed on in the sale conditions to be done prior to possession completed, and Tamara has leaned in and ensured that things were taken care of the right way, has connected us with the right resources, and has advocated on our behalf with lots of different entities (repair people, other realtors, the city offices, etc.) to ensure that our interests were protected. Tamara was awesome. She sold our house and also represented us in the purchase of our new (to us) home. We are picky buyers but she was ever patient and found us the perfect home. She made herself available to us any time of the day including evenings and weekends and was more than willing to work around our schedule. When we had questions she got the answers immediately. Very impressive. Plus she has a number of helpful contacts (great photographer, electrician, etc). We were short on time so she even spent a couple days helping us pack and had our house cleaned and ready for the new buyers!
