“I made an appointment online, when I arrived I checked in and being a new patient I needed to fill out paperwork. It took 15 min for a nurse practitioner to call me back. I was very happy and surprised by the little time I waited, especially since it's an urgent care. I'm a medical assistant and was very happy with patient care from this urgent care Center. People do need to realize it's an urgent care you are going to wait, I was just happy I was seen the same day!!!”
