Guaranteed Upholstery

We took my husbands grandmas chair to be reupholstered. We were so happy with the customer service and attentiveness. When the first fabric wasn't available due to covid supply problems, they were happy to let us pick out second one without changing the total cost of things. The new upholstery looks better than the original and fits right in with the rest of our furniture now. We just love it and would recommend guaranteed upholstery to anyone.

We hired Guaranteed to restuff our couch cushions, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They're awesome folks, do great work, are super friendly, and are priced very reasonably for the quality of craftsmanship.

We bought a couch less than a year ago, and we really loved the look of it in our space but the filling was just way too soft to be supportive. We were considering purchasing a new couch, but I am so glad we ended up working with Guaranteed Upholstery instead.

We brought our cushions to them and asked them to be restuffed with a firmer foam so that we'd get more support out of the couch. They gave us a super reasonable quote on the spot (we talked to many different upholsterers who wanted obscene sums of money to do the work) and said it would take about a week. They were awesome about showing us different foam options and talking through the pros and cons of each of them.

They got the work done in ~5 days, which was amazing as it's always a bummer to be without a couch. We are SO happy with how it came out. It was basically like buying a brand-new couch, but for 1/4 the price (and without the waste of getting rid of our near-new couch). They even retufted all the buttons so they are now super tight and seated in the cushions (before they would constantly come loose and poke you in the butt) and wrapped the foam with some quilt batting so that it would fill out the cushions nicely. Now we have a couch that is supportive and super comfy, and we're going to have it for many years to come.

We have an old leather couch that we adore that we bought years ago used. It had always been a little bad for my allergies since it had down-filled cushions, but it had been getting worse in recent years.

We found this place on Google and brought the six giant cushions in for a quote. The place is a little hard to spot, since it's in a converted 2-car garage space behind the house, so call ahead to make sure you find your way back there.

The couple who run this business were very nice, knowledgeable and the quote was very good compared to other businesses we looked at.

Most of all, they did fantastic work. The cushions are more comfortable and look better than they ever have. And most of all I'm not sneezing and sniffling when I sit on one of our favorite pieces of furniture.

I was also happy that they were able to turn this around so quickly considering how hard it is to get shipments in these days and how many people all seemed to have thought the same thing this year: "Man, I gotta make this furniture better."

Once the rush on reupholstering dies out, we'll be back to get some of our other chairs overhauled.

I had a beat up old wing chair which I took to Guaranteed Upholstery about a year ago. I chose a fabric from their selection which they ordered for me. The reupholstery job they did on my chair was and is spectacular! They did a wonderful job - the chair looks brand new. They even reupholstered the existing gusset to keep the chairs' original style. I will recommend them to my friends. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!
