“They were really nice, but using charisma to make up for being late only goes so far. I have been here 3 times and they were only remotely on time once. The first time it took them 45 minutes past the appointment time to even come out and have us fill out paperwork. Every other time it's about 15 minutes past my appointment time and I usually show up 10 minutes early so im waiting almost a half hour in a hot car before the even grab my furry friends. Edit: So I am sitting in my car at 7:56 for a 8am appointment. I've called twice and no answer for check in. I have noticed that all the employees have pulled up are are just now arriving to work at the same time my appointment is. I don't know if cutting scheduling this close to appointments yields timeliness. I mean just schedule my appointment at 8:15 so I don't have to wait around. Sheesh.”
