Let me explain: I needed straw bales for my garden but after calling a couple 'big box' home improvement centers with no luck, someone on my neighborhood Facebook page suggested Linnton Feed and Seed. Will answered my call and described their size and price and then I laughingly asked 'Gosh, I wish you guys delivered.' And he said 'How about now?' Within an hour, I had two straw bales delivered AND placed exactly where I wanted them by the driver named Darcy - who was just as friendly and efficient as Will was. “Moved in a couple of months ago. Very happy with Jessica and Kayla, they have been extremely helpful moving in and getting all the paperwork done. Jessica gave us a great tour of their show unit, walked us around the place and was helped us with all our questions. We also had maintenance done by Jim, always went very well, very friendly and overall just great service. They are also super responsive!! The apartments are very bright with big windows, lots of green around and the property is always kept clean and neat. Also enough visitor parking, we’ve never had an issue with someone not being able to find a spot. Sofi is a great place if you want to live in a safe neighborhood with a lot of walking opportunities and nature paths, a few local shops and bus access. Would 100% recommend Sofi. Only negative would be If you get unlucky with neighbors living above you with kids and a dog you may get unlucky like we did. Kids constantly running around really makes a lot of bonking noise and even shakes the floor/ceiling to the point that you can feel it sitting in the couch or it shakes your lamps and paintings on the wall to the point they fall down sometimes. Tried talking to the neighbors but were met with “I have 3 sons, boys will be boys”. Unfortunately nothing you can do in a situation like this just go for a top floor rental or get lucky.”

“The food is very tasty with a modern take on northern Thai. We try their 11 course menu! They start out with appetizers, salads based, full entree, and deserts. Everything was very good with couple unique dishes that we would love to have for an a la cart. The price is a bit high though for the food since you can get some dish somewhere else with similar taste but overall recommended if you have never try Thai fine dining before.”

Found Goby via Google search and did a site visit hoping that they would have what I was after. Wound up picking out a beautiful slab of 96" long solid white oak butcher block at a competitive price. They held it for me free of charge for a week while I arranged transport. Friendly staff. Warehouse and grounds are something to drool over if you're a woodworker, but laypeople like me can find great stuff too. Happy I made the trip. Thanks for helping with my remodel!”
