Whenever I posed questions, I received a positive, no problem, can do attitude!! How refreshing!!! Haven’t had such success with other carpet cleaning companies. Andy even offered to return in a few days if the stubborn stains on my stairs didn't go away! The stains DID go away without a second visit!
