There was a couple paperwork issues on a South Africa crate I was waiting on. Brownstone didn't hesitate at all and immediately was calling and emailing putting the pressure on the in-between handlers ( who were to blame) Ryan did not take no for an answer. The paperwork issue was very quickly resolved because of Brownstones pressure and ultimately saved me money. Ryan Choate really is the best and I was so lucky to be connected with him.

This is Dan writing a review for Ryan Choate and his company Brownstone international. My family had the rare and exciting opportunity to travel to South Africa just before Covid shut down the world. He was recommended as a custom broker to facilitate getting our shipment back to our home. The shipping company in South Africa and Ryan at Brownstone were very professional, and responsive with emails letting us know where the shipment was at all times and the time frames for getting it through customs and into our hands. He even contacted me by phone when we had trouble connecting on email, to ensure I was informed and made suggestions for shipping it less expensively to our home. I have never needed this service but highly recommend Ryan and his Company. His employee also called to let us know when it was shipping from Portland and when it would arrive at my house. It did exactly when said and in pristine condition. Cant say thanks enough, highly recommend.

this is the first time we have used brownstone they where very helpful and professional keep use informed of the progress of are shipment with out us having to continually contacting them and they where half price of the last custom broker we used we will definitely use them for all are customs business
