“I highly recommend Sky Bright Metal Roofing. Gerry, the owner, responded to the message I left on 10/20/20 and called me back promptly. He set up an inspection for the next morning at 9 am. This was a huge relief after a company (for a second bid) had no-showed that morning. We were under a time crunch with selling our home and needing to close and finish all repairs in 1 week. Gerry arrived on 10/21 on time (with a mask, which a prior bid inspector had neglected), listened to our needs for a roof inspection and warranty for the new home owner. He was willing to crawl up into our attic space to check out an old leak area from 15 years ago. He also got up on our roof and made recommendations for caulking around the flashing. (The first inspector that came out did neither and only looked at the roof from the driveway). Gerry gave us a verbal bid that we agreed to and set up a follow-up appointment for Monday 10/26. Gerry completed the work independently (while we were away from home), took pictures of what he repaired and sent these in a text message. He sent these again the following day, via email, along with warranty paperwork so that we could provide it to the new owner before closing. I was very impressed with Gerry's knowledge about our metal roof and his prompt attention to completing an inspection and repairs within 6 days from the time I first called him. Great service!”

“The whole staff was great to deal with. I opened up my roof to see if I can patch up a small portion, to my surprise it ended up being in very bad shape that i needed a new complete roof. After we signed the agreement, they came as soon as possible and put a tarp on the whole exposed area of the roof until they were able to get it redone. The office helped though out the process keeping me posted on any changes and time frame and the roofers did a fantastic job. I definitely would use them again for another project. Before the cleaning, I was told my roof had only another year of life. It has been 3 years since my initial cleaning and it still looks great. Tom comes back at my request each year to treat my roof; guaranteeing that I will not have moss on my roof again. He cleans my gutters and downspouts.
