“I absolutely love this BK. Most of their employees are kind and helpful. There has only been 2 times my family and I have had an unpleasant experience. One was over the summer when we ordered three mini shakes. We don't have a vehicle so walked up to the drive thru and ordered. We were asked to wait by the front door. We waited for about 5 minutes while I could see our shakes sitting on the counter, melting. They finally brought them out to us and they were pretty much milk. I went back to the drive thru and complained and was told that's how they make all the mini shakes. Which I knew was a lie as we'd bought them before. The second time was we were overcharged by close to $0.90. Now, to some, that's not much money. But this is about the PRINCIPAL of what happened, not the amount. I brought it to their attention and n long story short, the manager said, "It's only 86 cents. Are you sure you want it?" The MANAGER said that!!! I was appalled! I don't care if it was a PENNY! If you overcharge someone you give them back their money WITH NO COMMENTS ABOUT THE AMOUNT! Shame on her! But! As I said, other than that, this BK is great. They are friendly and helpful and more often than not go out of their way for my children. Thank you!”

“We came into the store and were greeted by Tyrus. He was very friendly and helpful. We bought new phones. And when my old phone was causing problems and not transferring information to the new phone he didn’t get frustrated or annoyed that it was taking a long time. In fact he was more patient than I was. His female co-worker tried to help. She was very friendly to. My phone was finally working and we left for awhile and came back. When I came back I forgot my mask and and I went back outside to get my purse and I realized I forgot my face mask and I apologized for not wearing it and he didn’t make me deal bad and he accepted my apology for not having it on. He explained the phone and helped set up a few things for me and I thanked him. I made sure I got his name as I was impressed with his patience and attitude with the whole situation. I would definitely recommend going to this store and dealing with Tyrus and his female Blonde co-worker.”
