He dealt with us honestly from start to finish and I would recommend buying an RV from him 10 times out 10. Plus he is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. We purchased an RV from him and it took awhile to get because of COVID. Also the unit was very in demand and the price went up while we were waiting for the unit to come in, and he made sure the price we saw on Day 1 was honored. So that was incredibly awesome. Tony Romero has excellent customer service skills, is very communicative, and he made what could have been a stressful experience end up being a very pleasant experience. Also, the overall staff at this facility is for the most part just incredible. Sean offered advice for saving money, allowed me to work things out with my bank last minute, and let me take am extended test drive to make sure everything was up to par. It was found that one of the shocks was out in the back of the Honda Pilot I was drawn in to purchase. The guys ordered new shocks and just had them installed for no charge two weeks after I made my purchase.
