“Beautiful. Did not stop long but did dip in the water (in late May) which was cold but it is the Northwest after all. Picturesque park. Great for families taking a day trip. I do not think they offer camping here from a sign I saw but I could be wrong. Go see this pretty place.”

Sundays service starts at 10:30 and there's a Wednesday evening service at 7:00 pm. It's a big and beautiful old Church,. Formerly a Lutheran Church, now a non denominational Spirit filled church that is quickly growing in size. I highly recommend it, especially in these end times. “Full of really kind and loving people who welcomed us from the first day we showed up. Solid Sunday school for the kids and youth group as they get older. I like that they sing hymns and have an organist and choir. (as a classically trained choral musician, that kind of music speaks to me.) The rector is genuinely caring and makes loving people and sharing the gospel the center of his work.”

“The pastor and her husband are very kind and loving. The members are also very kind and most of them are friends. They are a amazing 5 fold non-denominational church. They do not judge and they are very loving. And their music group is pretty decent. Though sometimes there can be a bit of background noise because of the hip-hop studio across from us. The building is decorated decently to. It is a very spiritfilled church.”

“Northstar is one of the best ski resorts in Tahoe. Great skiing and snowboarding for all skill levels. Lots of groomers, good tree runs, a slew of terrain parks for beginners to experts, and the backside is fantastic on powder days... but the real reason for this review is the excellent customer service. I lost my wallet this weekend and Bryan from Lost and Found was extremely helpful. Once my wallet was located, Bryan gave me a call to let me know and confirm my address. My wallet was then priority shipped to me the next day free of charge. Amazing!! I am extremely grateful. Thanks North Star for another phenomenal season. I will certainly be renewing my season pass next year.”

“They have an amazing food bank here on Wed nights between 5 pm and 7 pm but just cause your first in line don't mean you will be first up. Just keep in mind it starts at 5pm but plan to stay until 7pm so your not to disappointed your not getting your food until 6pm. Well worth the wait. 1. You wait in line in the back of the church until 5pm 2. They openthe door and key you in and you take a seat 3. The gentleman passes out a number to everyone (on a poker chip) that will be your number 4. A sweet lady calls each number starting from 1 then you go up and tell her your name, how many are in your family 5. Sit and wait for your number (they call three to four numbers at a time) 6. You then Go down stairs and wait until you are called to shop. 7. Once called you will walk in and be greeted by a shopper chaperone. Who will walk you around the different devotions (bread, meat, frozen, dairy, canned, dry food, sweets) telling you the number of which you are allowed of each section. 8. ⬇⬇⬇MOST IMPORTANT RULE ! ⬇⬇⬇ ************************************* ***B R I N G. . YOUR OWN. B A G S*** ************************************* 9.you will need like 6-7 reusable shopping bags and once they are filled with the items you shopped for they will be bagged and ran upstairs by a team of men that make it easier on You. They've thought of everything. There is a little play tables and toes once down stairs for your children that accompany you. also they have a clothing closet ion wed afternoon from 12 noon till 2 pm. Call to check on times they could change but they have I sat. A Veggies giveaway. I really hopes this helps you.”
