“Very nice place to work. Very nice warehouse and management team. However, I had a problem with a coworker that was rude and confrontational. A few coworkers had a problem with the same person. One of my coworkers went to one of the managers to tell him what was going on. The coworker told me that the manager wanted to speak to me to verify what was going on. Before the manager spoke to me, I approached the coworker to discuss her behavior. The outcome was not that great. We both agreed that management should be involved in the situation. I took the next business day off for personal reasons. When it was time to return I was not allowed to come back. I was told that my assignment had ended by the temp agency that sent me there. I really believe the situation was handled by management only listening to one side of the story by the difficult coworker. I’m disappointed because I didn’t get a chance to speak my truth concerning the situation. I’m not sure if I want to work for managers that cannot settle disputes in a more professional way.”
