“Bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot, so far very happy with our purchase. But their employees to help with us checking over the washer and dryer to make sure it wasn’t damaged in shipping wasn’t very cooperative in helping open the boxes where we could see our appliances and didn’t have very good attitudes at all. We were told by our salesperson to check over our appliances to make sure nothing was damaged before accepting it. Cause if we accepted and got it home and found any damage Home Depot wouldn’t cover the damage! So we were just following the salesperson directions and their employees helping to load our appliances treated us like we were being jerks for asking to check out the appliances before accepting them and putting them in my truck. Home Depot needs to have a talk with their employees on what their policies are and what the responsibilities of their loaders are, if they want customers to inspect their items that’s been ordered all boxed up where customers can’t inspect such items without at least partially removing the cardboard box!”

On a huge 5000 sqft house, with 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Eric was able to hammer out the work with his crew in just a couple weeks (along with wall paper removal), and they did a fantastic job at a very very good price. “We recently got to work with Brendan again, this is our second time, and just like the first time he was absolutely amazing. His work is outstanding, and he’s an excellent communicator and teacher. He’s always willing to show us what he’s doing or teach us something even if it’s unrelated to the job at hand. This time he was doing the stairs, but on a lark we asked some insulation questions and the next day he brought over a bunch of insulation kit, showed us how to use it, installed it, and because he knows we’re very price conscious, he offered and then instructed us on exactly how to clean up and close up the walls so he could get back to the real project. We’ve learned a lot from him and visitors pretty much always comment about how cool his projects are. He thinks about things differently and is willing to break the mold to make a solution that really works for you. In our first project we asked him to build in a cat litter area with an outside vent and a super quiet bathroom fan; I can’t imagine many contractors that would do such a weird thing, but it has been a life changer and he never batted an eye. He just joined in on the brainstorming and made the idea even cooler by making it two story and adding a little spiral staircase! This is our second time with him, so I can say with certainty that we will be calling on him again for our next projects.”
