“I have been a customer with Public Storage many times over the years, and currently been with them 2+ yrs. Over this time I have had many different issues arise but none were handled more professionally and efficiently than the last one. Lynn went above and beyond to ensure my unit was safe and securely locked. (I had forgotten to put my lock back on). She took the time to put my lock back on and kept the key for me and left me messages from her own personal time telling me what I had done. Also since the Covid epidemic things have been hard on everyone. I had another issue arise and she worked fiercely and efficiently to help me correct the problem. All the while comforting me and reassuring me that all would be fine. In the end because of her exceptional effort and true professionalism, SHE WAS RIGHT! All was fine. I do believe if it had not been for Lynn and all her abilities this situation would of turned out different. She made me feel like I was a friend not a customer! “I could not be more grateful for Bridgetown Moving. I spoke to Sully who helped me set up a last-minute move after my original moving team cancelled two days before my move date. I have to admit that I’m embarrassed I chose a different company originally because I was blown away with how efficient, helpful and most important - reliable - everyone on the Bridgetown team was. Roberto and Lino moved at a pace I was not anticipating. They were able to take more items than I thought they could in the time allotted which I was grateful for. This saved me time I thought I would spend moving boxes on my own. They broke down and put together my furniture with ease and were familiar with the building I was moving into which also helped as they knew which elevators to use, where the loading dock was, etc. I just don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to explain how much of a dynamic duo they were.
