“I just read the reviews by others and am very surprised. I try to not go in at peak hours so I don't need to wait - such an easy change to make life easier for everyone. Everyone who has helped me has been most helpful and always answered my questions without impatience. Everyone has a concern that is important to them and we all need to realize they need good service too - which means we all have to wait our turn and will receive the same good service rather it be short or long. If we don't have time to wait, return at a different time. I have been with this branch of Key Bank since they came to this location.”
