Banks Fire District #13

I was recently invited to take a tour around the fire station. I was a little bit worried, as I'm not from Banks, have no aspiration to be a firefighter, and can barely do a pushup. I felt like I wouldn't fit in. Needless to say, I was proven wrong. The moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with a smile. All throughout my tour, the firefighters took the time to answer any questions I had, and did their best to make me feel welcome. Even though I do not live in Banks, I congratulate the brave men and women who volunteer their time to make sure everyone stays safe around the area. Keep up the good work!

No wonder why this area has a great reputation. As a civilian who can't help but notice something great when greatness is really the only answer to any-day any-situation problem solutions, I must say " GREATNESS AND CHAMPIONS WITH A COMPLETE SERVING OF HERO" is achieved daily . These folks don't just train hard they train with the UT most perfection and they trust each other to have the own life's in each other's hands pure and organtcly selflessly and so true .i wish more of us were firefighters who trained at, THE Banks district13 house just to learn such comradorie and trust like everyone over their seems to live with.... You guys are animals . Banks residence, visitors, and those nearby we should be so lucky to know we are in such good safe professional hands ( when we need them) RESPECT! and THANK YOU!

Banks, OR, fire dept saved my brother-in-law's life when he veered off the highway & hit several trees. They had to cut the entire roof from his jeep to get him out. He had multiple broken bones but I am thrilled to say that, 4 weeks later to the day, he is sitting up & on his way to a full recovery.
