My family and I have been going to Pacific for 7+ years... every single day we arrive for a cut we are greeted with smiles, almost no wait, and exceptional value. The owner, Manny, has done a tremendous job crafting his business into one of the finest hair cut businesses in all of Portland. I would recommend Pacific Barber Shop to anyone for any type of cut... Manny & Pacific Barber Shop are the real deal.
