I really appreciated the way Jessica would introduce me to regulars when I first started in the class to make me feel comfortable. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I personally love that she provides feedback while you are in class so you wont be doing things incorrectly time after time and possibly injure yourself- something that is hard to find at many studios. She will work with you to meet you where you are and constantly provide modifications to make things easier or harder- eventually your doing things you never thought possible! Ive become so much more mentally and physically strong in the last 6+ months after starting her classes. I will admit- these classes can be tough- but you will see the benefits.”

“I purchased a new tire for my new to me 2012 Sprinter due to an alignment issue from this store today. Unfortunately another customer backed into my van while the tech was pulling my van into the bay. While this is obviously a frustrating event it was out of their hands. I mostly dealt with Oliver (Senior Assistant Manager) and he was very apologetic and dealt with the situation tactfully. The tech, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, was also extremely apologetic. I am yet to find out how corporate will deal with my repairs but as far as customer service goes for this branch I was impressed. My right rear door is bent (shifted upward) due to the other customer backing into the custom made bike rack that is mounted to that door and my van is custom painted in Toyota Army Green so it’s not such a simple fix. There is damage to the plastic bumper as well. I will update the review once the claim has been handled but the customer service of the team member should be recognized at this point. *Update: My experience with Fleet Response who handles all Discount Tire's claims was easy and efficient. I submitted a repair estimate from a local shop and my claim was quickly processed and approved. Thank you Discount Tire for taking a frustrating situation and making the best out of it. The level of customer service throughout the process was great and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here when I need tires!”

“I’ve been to Tracy for a torn rotator cuff and more recently bursitis of the knee. In the first instance I spent months in rehab only to be in more pain. Every rehab appointment was paid put off pocket since my deductible was so high. After a friend referred Tracy I went a handful of times and was completely pain free and on the path to healing. Recently I found my knee was causing me pain. Went the traditional route and got an xray and was diagnosed Bursitis. Sent home and told to ice and elevate and then do exercises. Every time I did the rehab exercises my pain increased. So back to Tracy after about a 10 year hiatus and within 2 Accupuncture sessions I was and still am pain free. I don’t know what she does other than poke needles in the right spot, but it works. Highly, highly recommend.”
