“My wife and I went into this store with literally a shoe box size of loose coins and some foreign currency. The owner was very helpful and said it was not a problem; he would go through them all. As he was going through the variety he had several customers which he asked the customers if they could wait until he had finished. Because we were not in a hurry, we told him to wait on the others. He thanked us and quickly took care of the other customers over a period of about an hour and a half and quickly got back to buying our coins and telling us which were spending coins for us. If in doubt he looked up values in various pricing books and gave what I felt a fair price. We had all denominations of coins and walked out with $320.00 in cash for what we had no idea what they were worth. Very helpful, knowledgeable and a convenient outlet for getting rid of those items we had no idea of value other than face value. Be knowledgeable of the fact this owner only bought the store In October, 2021. Disgard all posts before that time. You won't be sorry!!”

“I purchased a new tire for my new to me 2012 Sprinter due to an alignment issue from this store today. Unfortunately another customer backed into my van while the tech was pulling my van into the bay. While this is obviously a frustrating event it was out of their hands. I mostly dealt with Oliver (Senior Assistant Manager) and he was very apologetic and dealt with the situation tactfully. The tech, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, was also extremely apologetic. I am yet to find out how corporate will deal with my repairs but as far as customer service goes for this branch I was impressed. My right rear door is bent (shifted upward) due to the other customer backing into the custom made bike rack that is mounted to that door and my van is custom painted in Toyota Army Green so it’s not such a simple fix. There is damage to the plastic bumper as well. I will update the review once the claim has been handled but the customer service of the team member should be recognized at this point. *Update: My experience with Fleet Response who handles all Discount Tire's claims was easy and efficient. I submitted a repair estimate from a local shop and my claim was quickly processed and approved. Thank you Discount Tire for taking a frustrating situation and making the best out of it. The level of customer service throughout the process was great and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here when I need tires!”
