Jennings McCall Center

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I have to for Jennings McCall Center in Forest Grove, Oregon. My Mother had been a resident in both assisted living and memory care for over six years. The care and love EVERY staff member showed my mother was incredible. I never had to worry about her. I was kept up to date with any changes in her physical, emotional or mental status. I was able to sleep at night knowing Mom was in the best hands. Jennings McCall is the best.

My father was placed at Jennings McCall for continued healing & respite, and the staff was kind and accommodating. The marketing director, Shauna, and the floor care supervisor, Erma, were especially kind and helpful as I worked with them from long distance. My father was well cared for at Jennings McCall Ctr.

Our parents lived in the assisted side for several years and then when my mom passed, dad moved to the independent side of Jennings McCall. Words fail to describe the attention and care our parents received living in this amazing place. My mom chose this location years before because of her connection to the Masons and knew in her heart this was the place for mom and dad. From the front desk to the angels of the night, the people who work at Jennings McCall care deeply for their residents and insure they fell loved, connected and cared for. Dad connected with friends at his dining table, through his poker group and his morning coffee klatch at the front desk. All of the staff has gone above and beyond to include us in their care.

Great community with an outstanding reputation. The staff are amazing and so compassionate. We called many facilities trying to find the right place for my father and Jennings McCall was by far the best experience from day one of my first inquiry conversation, through the whole move in process even through these COVID times, it was a smooth transition. It gave our whole family peace of mind knowing we chose the right place. Dad is doing great!

My wife chose this place for her mother to live back in 2011 and this year we moved my mother there in 2020 during Covid (not ideal conditions but it was necessary). Wouldn't trust anyone or any other place to support them at this stage of their lives. Communication is ongoing, staff are loving and kind, food is great (both gained weight after moving there), and the facility is ALWAYS clean. Many of the staff working there we have known for years which is important in building relationships. Highly recommend Jennings McCall Center to friends and family!
