Greyson was concerned with my roach issue and I feel like he did he could to help. He is also checking back with me to try and stay on top of this and eliminate the problem. The first time I had you out 3 months ago there was no follow up and the treatment didn't seem to support at all.
Today Timothy arrived out for our 1st quarterly visit. He was polite, thorough and professional. I appreciate this company's straightforward pricing policy and taking care of bookkeeping problems in advance. I also like the fact they email you a complete report of what was done on the property the next day so you know exactly what you paid for. So far, satisfied.
Out tech was professional in his work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He answered all the questions we had, listened to what we were experiencing, and then made an assessment of how to proceed. He made sure we were satisfied with before he left.
