“My husband and I just got married and have settled into a beautiful quaint ground floor apartment here at Northridge. So far we absolutely love living here! They are dog friendly which was a huge plus for us having 2 dogs. The grounds are kept nice and clean, and while there have been some technical issues with the online portal, the management has been fully transparent and understanding with this ongoing issue and is working to get it all corrected. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner from what I can tell so far, we are having issues with our dryer and within days they are out to fix it! The community is very friendly and we are both extremely happy to call this our first home as newlyweds! The 18 month lease was also a huge plus! I strongly recommend this place as it is very affordable in today's tough market.”

Even though the thought of buying a house in this crazy market during the pandemic was very daunting initially, working with Shawn made the process way easier and fun. “Long story, but we moved to South Carolina in 2017 for my work; when work brought me back to Oregon, we moved to the first place available prior to moving to West Parc. That place was terrible; so bad that we broke our lease after 3 months. West Parc is considerably better than the other places we have lived in the past (we had lived in houses for 20 years; but since we kept our SC home, decided to rent in Oregon). 1. There are kids at all apartments and the children here have caused me no issues. If I am walking toward my car or anywhere on the complex, they treat me with respect. 2. All apartments have "thin" walls. For the most part, I don't have any problems with our neighbors. I hardly ever hear anything and there really is not that much noise as compared to any of the apartments on Evergreen or Cornell 3. We had a door that was repaired prior to moving in and have had one time where we needed maintenance and the staff was responsive and respectful. 4. The neighborhood is very nice. Everything is walkable (Starbucks, several restaurants, I even walked to the store for groceries during the snow days). 5. I am definitely not a "fake" reviewer. Like I said, we have lived in a house for 20 years prior to moving back into apartments, and this complex is far nicer than any I lived in when my own children (now 31, 28, 25 & 23) were young. 6. Easy drive for anyone that works at Nike or Intel.”

When my mom was sick, they did everything they could to help. They treat you like family & always take your needs seriously. “My partner and I moved in December of 2019. We were in the midst of looking at a lot of different apartments, and Colleen was very good with helping us out, even giving a tour of an apartment on a Sunday. When we moved in, there was an issue with the heating, a part of the electricity, and there was no hot water. Colleen and her staff were quick to respond and got all of it fixed within the week with the necessary specialists. No problems with the apartment after that. The apartment we were in had a nice view of a creek in the back, and there were a few trails nearby where we could take our dog, Luna, out to play. The pond in the center draws a bit of wildlife out to it. Throughout the year you'll get ducks, geese, and cranes. A field off to the side of the apartment complex had a lot of rabbits and field mice. The community is full of very nice people, and was pretty quiet for the most part. It can be hard to have complete peace and quiet in the apartment lifestyle. We made a few friends in the area, and it was good to have other dogs for Luna to play with. Overall it was a great time at the Habitat Apartments. I still think our dog got the best experience out of it. Colleen likes to take time out of her busy schedule to give out pets and treats to all the pets in the area. Consider the Habitat apartments if you want a caring, responsive staff, and fun location with nice neighbors.”

“I've lived here for a little over 5 months. I've mostly had good experiences. The maintenance team has been great usually and even replaced my whole kitchen faucet recently, which i wasn't expecting -- I figured they'd deal with the small leak by patching it up and calling it a day. Thanks Joe and Jim! There are a couple of reasons for the missing star. One is that, while they've generously replaced some items for new ones, others that require replacing (like older appliances that are not properly functioning) have not been replaced and they've sort of shrugged off the fact that they are not working well (specifically the range fan and the dish washer). The other reason is that in my specific experience, management has not been personable whatsoever. I've never met anyone here in person. I moved during a weird time and had to accept and place a deposit on an apartment I'd never even seen in person. That's somewhat understandable (although during my apartment hunting many complexes at the time were doing self tours which is a lot more reasonable), but you'd think they would have taken the time to later do a social-distance-safe visit just to check in how things were going, especially since there were many small aspects I had to report at move-in. Unfortunately, I did not even receive a follow up email post-move in to see ho everything worked out. Maybe they are just too busy, but I just thought that was very odd. The apartment is spacious and the neighborhood is nice and mostly very quiet. I pay quite a bit of money (more than the listed price since the included bills are bit high) so I would have expected an above-average experience. So far it's just been average but I like our place.”

“I really like these apartments and how it is tucked away from the street. Biggest complaint is the parking. Its functionality waxes and wanes with the tenants that come and go. Always be prepared to park on the street and not in the lot. ALWAYS!!! Not the kind of apartments where I can invite family or friends over. No place for them to park.”
