Sherwood Dog Park

Address: 15365 SW Sunset Blvd, Sherwood, OR 97140, USA

Park

“Sherwood Dog Park is a very nice local park to let our furry family run loose. It is a part of Snyder Park and has separate fenced in areas for big and small dogs. There is on-street parking on SW Division and on SW Sunset Blvd. Beautiful green lawns and incredible views make for a fantastic experience.”

Pioneer City Park

Address: 20570 SW Jonquil Terrace, Sherwood, OR 97140, USA

Park

“We lo e this park, especially on hotter days as it offers some shade. Only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 is it does not have a decent bathroom, but rather a portapotty.”

Snyder Park

Address: 15365 SW Sunset Blvd, Sherwood, OR 97140, USA

Park

“A favorite Sherwood Park. There's something here for everyone! This is a nice place to get in a short walk, especially if you live in the neighborhood. There is a covered area that's nice to get out of the rain in the winter. The multiple Sports fields and courts are very well maintained. It looks like there is a super nice Fountain and water feature at this park, but it was not operational like we due to it being winter. Keep in mind that there are multiple parking areas depending on where you can most easily access this park. Some of the parking that is available is rather limited. You may do well to find a place to park in the surrounding neighborhood if you're going at a busy time.”

“I live nearby and am so happy to have this park nearby. It is protected on three sides from traffic as there is a school, apartments and houses blocking the roads. The amenities are plentiful and it’s all been somewhat recently worked on so everything is nice and in working order. The grass is well kept and the trees are gorgeous. The only questionable thing is the racketball courts. They are just fully enclosed and who know what goes on in there. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to have as a an option to use, but I’ve seen some strange people go in and out of there two times when not being used. There is some often unused grass space that is a water drainage area that would be awesome to fence in as a small dog park. Just an idea if you ever see this City of Chandler.”
