It's clear he takes great pride in his work, and he's always willing to explain things, even when I have a lot of questions. Recently I had an accident when river rafting, and chipped two of my teeth pretty badly. Dr. Noland was able to see me the day after I called, and did a wonderful job repairing my teeth. I was really relieved when I saw how he had fixed me up, and I cannot recommend him enough.”

He makes his healthcare recommendations based on the oral health needs of the patient: he isn't going to recommend additional treatment just because insurance covers it, and he won't withhold recommendations needed for your health just because insurance won't cover it. He is honest and non-judgmental and provides you information based on your health needs. It is no wonder that he continually gets named as one of America's top dentists and as one of Portland's top dentists. Dr. Maple also keeps his entire staff well trained and provides opportunities for staff to stay on top of the newest dental techniques by supporting continuing education. I not only was a patient here, but I also trusted him with the care of my husband and daughter. The only reason I am not there still is because I moved out-of-state. “We have been very pleased with our experience here. We always receive quick responses to our questions about treatment. For example, how to continue treatment after losing a tooth. The administrative staff has also been incredibly responsive when we needed billing details to submit to our insurance too. The staff is so friendly and warm during our visits. We have also been very pleased with the Invisalign treatment and results. It’s surprising how much difference it’s made in our son’s cross bite for such minimal disruption to his routine. “I purchased a new tire for my new to me 2012 Sprinter due to an alignment issue from this store today. Unfortunately another customer backed into my van while the tech was pulling my van into the bay. While this is obviously a frustrating event it was out of their hands. I mostly dealt with Oliver (Senior Assistant Manager) and he was very apologetic and dealt with the situation tactfully. The tech, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, was also extremely apologetic. I am yet to find out how corporate will deal with my repairs but as far as customer service goes for this branch I was impressed. My right rear door is bent (shifted upward) due to the other customer backing into the custom made bike rack that is mounted to that door and my van is custom painted in Toyota Army Green so it’s not such a simple fix. There is damage to the plastic bumper as well. I will update the review once the claim has been handled but the customer service of the team member should be recognized at this point. *Update: My experience with Fleet Response who handles all Discount Tire's claims was easy and efficient. I submitted a repair estimate from a local shop and my claim was quickly processed and approved. Thank you Discount Tire for taking a frustrating situation and making the best out of it. The level of customer service throughout the process was great and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here when I need tires!”

“I have extreme dental anxiety to the point that I cry at nearly every dental appointment I have, and if I have to get any work done I often put it off until it becomes unbearable. I shared this with Dr. Maghsoudlou and he had me come in for a consult the day before my scheduled tooth extraction & filling, he spent the appointment giving me all of the reassurance I needed and was unbelievably empathetic about my anxiety. I felt much better and made it to my appointment the following day where I honestly didn't feel nearly any pain at all. It was one of the quickest dental procedures I've had done and the filling in my front tooth looks perfect. I couldn't be happier and I will be going to Dr. Maghsoudlou for all of my dental appointments from now on even if I have to travel from Tacoma to Portland.”
