“Outstanding, prompt response to emergency situation. Hot water heater failed & needed to be replaced before arrival of guests staying in home. There was no hot water. They responded within 24 hours of my call and because we chose to install a Hybrid electric Heat Pump, additional work on the circuitry in home was necessary. The electrician GRANT PAGE worked in the attic during 90 degree weather, never complained & did everything necessary to get our system running. He coordinated his very meticulously installed work with the plumber & even persuaded them to shuffle their schedule (they were not going to come for another week!) so that they would complete our installation on the same day the MR. ELECTRIC service tech (Grant Page) was completing his job. Grant earned his company a lifelong fan! This guy should be promoted. He refused to "guess" where the new system electrical should go & contacted the providers of the heat pump getting exact measurements, circuitry & requirements to ensure the new system replacing my old GAS water heater would be up to code and meet our family's needs for years to come! Thank you MR ELECTRIC for your emergency response and for sending an outstandingly competent, professional individual, who was not only well trained, polite but a heck-of-a-nice guy as well! I'd give the company & GRANT PAGE 10 stars if I could!”

Called three contractors, gave them my scenario over the phone, all three were absolutely dumbfounded and wanted to schedule an electrician $$$ I call Boones, described my problem and I’m seconds the guy over the phone told me what the issue clearly was (a separate GFI on the garage. Old 1980’s house) and one button reset push later I just saved hundreds. Thank god for Boones Ferry and let’s just say that the next time I actually need an electrician, no doubt I’m calling these guys because of their ethics.”

“Luke and Bailey were professional, experienced, and brave. I have a very high ceiling. Installing a heavy chandelier is a difficult process. They worked very well as a team. They worked quickly and efficiently. When I wanted it hung a little higher, they were gracious. They cleaned up after themselves. “On Thursday, September 28, I stopped at my local Home Depot in Sherwood, Oregon, to learn about flooring. A young man named Ian, spoke with me for over an hour about the differences between hardwood, vinyl, and laminate; which needed under-layment; the installation type - engineered click, sheet, plank; floating floors; etc. then he took me to get samples, showed me the backs of the products and even got down on the floor to show me how the planks needed to be installed. He was very impressive with his knowledge, spoke in a way I could understand- making sure I did. He was very pleasant, very helpful, and never impatient with me or my questions. There was even a time where 3 other Home Depot employees briefly stopped what they were doing to watch him demonstrate something to me. I would certainly recommend Ian and Home Depot to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you and I will be returning to him when I'm ready to replace my carpets in the near future. Pam Duvall”
