The staff was very attentive especially since I came in during the opening hours, they made sure I was comfortable. Tabrina was an amazing hair stylist, she knew what I liked and was attentive to the hair cut. I went for the MVP upgrade because she had informed me of the deal that was going on. I can see why it’s called an experience because I never felt so important, she was always changing the hot towel, messaged my head softly, because of this I might go MVP every time I get a haircut. I can tell she really puts forth the effort in to making sure I looked good. If you need a way to show amazing service please hire more people like her she is the epitome of excellent customer service. I will definitely come back again and will let my friends and family know to go to this location”
