“Fixed a problem I had for three years in an hour! I am a full time RVer and when I bought my RV my kitchen slide leaked. The water would pool underneath the slide and it left a really nice wet spot right where you stand to cook. I also had a few other leaks that I could never figure out how to fix, even having THREE other maintenance companies look at it. Not only did they fix it in an hour, but it was fairly affordable. As a woman whose husband works a lot during the day, I was worried about inviting anyone into my RV due to prior experiences with unsavory drive to you repair men (I won’t name drop, but if you live in this area you probably know the guy I’m talking about). The staff for Blue Lake are courteous, friendly, and not creepy in the slightest. I’ve used this company on three separate occasions and each time, the service was quality, the technician friendly, and the repairs long lasting. They show up at the time they say they will (not typical of most RV repair places), everyone who works here is friendly, and the peace of mind priceless!”

“If you value your time these days, you should call Russ at Auto Mentors. I wanted a pretty specific new car. Not a Ferrari or anything, a Mazda hatchback with exact options and a color in mind. There were zero of them. Nationwide. So I called Russ, based off online reviews only, described my wants, and now I have my car. It took about 2 weeks, and the whole deal was still less than MSRP. This deal also included a trade. I can only say there were no surprises or drama, and Russ saved me hours of time. He even worked with my credit union, and delivered my brand-new car to my condo. My husband and daughter went to look at the vehicle and liked what they saw and had a nice test drive. They put a $500 deposit down and made an appointment with our mechanic to have looked at. They had no issues with us coming to pick up the vehicle and take it to our mechanic for a thorough checkup. Came back With a good mechanics report for the year and type of vehicle we were interested in and we continued with the purchase. They made it very easy For us to feel comfortable with them. I find it sad that most of these one star reviews on here are due to the fact that the buyer didn't do any due diligence in having the car checked out before purchase. That is the fault of the customer, not the seller. When you are buying a used vehicle, you know that they come with issues. Have the vehicle checked out before purchase.”
