“Hiring a contractor is one of the riskiest aspects of a remodel. We did a lot of research before getting 3 quotes. Tanner was on time, provided a written detailed quote, and advice on permits. He offered options to save labor costs and clearly explained the areas where costs could increase. Our first floor remodel started the week after the COVID-19 Shelter at Home orders started. Tanner worked with us on a plan to increase safety including using a smaller crew and disinfecting surfaces nightly. When our cabinet order delayed completing the job, Tanner was flexible and continued to make progress on the rest of the project. In the end, his quote was within 5% of the original and within days of the original timeline. He also has very high standards on quality. Very impressive results considering we worked through a global pandemic! You have to make a lot of decision when remodeling--flooring, paint color, counter tops, cabinets, etc--there is no question we chose the right contractor.”

I took a piece of baseboard so I could make sure the colors would blend. My house is old enough that it has the wood baseboards. We ordered the product, he and his assistant delivered it to my house. Then I left for 10 days to visit friends and relatives. Upon my return, it was 90% done. I am thrilled with his workmanship and creativity. He created the transition pieces that go from the hardwoods to the other types of flooring. Bob is a true craftsman. Thanks for the beautiful floors that I enjoy every day.”
