“We had a very positive experience. Jesse was thorough in his bid and took the time to clarify each detail with pictures. We were able to chose the paint brand we wanted. As far as prep goes, this isn't the sand it down to bare wood approach, but they did caulk all holes and sand those spots down pretty well. We had some spots were the old paint had bubbled and they sanded those spots as well and filled them in, which was a major improvement. The two painters, lead by Alejandro, were wonderful. They started the project on time, were super efficient with their time, did a great job cleaning up daily and were generally great to have around. I'd recommend Alejandro and Carlos without reservation!”

“On Thursday, September 28, I stopped at my local Home Depot in Sherwood, Oregon, to learn about flooring. A young man named Ian, spoke with me for over an hour about the differences between hardwood, vinyl, and laminate; which needed under-layment; the installation type - engineered click, sheet, plank; floating floors; etc. then he took me to get samples, showed me the backs of the products and even got down on the floor to show me how the planks needed to be installed. He was very impressive with his knowledge, spoke in a way I could understand- making sure I did. He was very pleasant, very helpful, and never impatient with me or my questions. There was even a time where 3 other Home Depot employees briefly stopped what they were doing to watch him demonstrate something to me. I would certainly recommend Ian and Home Depot to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you and I will be returning to him when I'm ready to replace my carpets in the near future. Pam Duvall”
