“My experience is good overall. It's a safe family community. This place is not that cheap when it comes to maintaining the grounds. I've seen various contractor work being done here. This is all a good sign they pay for professional work. It's probably tenants deposit money being used but most apartments do this anyway, from experience I never expect a full deposit back. They do need to upgrade the garbage and recycling machines. I believe the recycling no longer compacts. I live in the 1st floor and the one complaint is I can hear the tenants above walking and it's loud, they act like they don't live in an apartment. So I suppose the flooring above is made thinly. The second complaint is about dog owners especially large dog owners. These people should not take care of dogs if they cannot pick up the poop in obvious places. Laziest people. Some even let their dog poop on the concrete. So the BIGGEST issues are from tenants laziness and not being mindful in the community. In the summer, You will hear kids skateboarding in certain places around the complex, but I don't mind. They are good kids just playing. Management and staff made it easy to move in last year in the beginning of the pandemic. I had no issues with communication and paperwork. I'm happy to move in here, it can be much worse at the non gated complexes. I was recommended to move here and I don't regret and I've recommended this place to others.”

“By far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I lived here for a year and they take very great care of making the place look good. It doesn't look or feel trashy. They're on the ball if any issues come up. I lived in a great 2 bed/2 bath apartment on the third floor (great sunset views!) and was surrounded by awesome neighbors as well. Never had an issue with anything from them. You can hear doors shutting every once in a while, a temper tantrum, or even someone's alarm clock go off but that's the worst I encountered. Also the highway noise was a constant background noise but you got used to it. Move out was very nice and easy, no hidden fees or them trying to charge you an arm and a leg for something like a stain on a carpet. I wish I could've lived here longer, but we needed a larger 3 bedroom for my daughter to have her own room. Plus this place was so convenient to the mall, Target, Costco, food places, and I-205!”

“BEST baby boutique in Portland!! You can see the passion that the owner has in preparing such a darling baby heaven because it is such a joy to walk through her shop. Whether you're looking for a meaningful gift for a baby shower or you're looking for baby furniture that will last through all the wear and tear (apart) from your kiddos (needs to last through multiple kids, right?!) this is YOUR PLACE! Because Cuddlebugzz is located in the upper balcony level inside of Celebrate Me Home, it doesn't get the attention it deserves. If you have a question about any of the baby gear, you may have to wonder through Celebrate Me Home downstairs (another GREAT pleasure- be prepared to dream) to chat with one of the staff members who are very happy to help. I ALWAYS find fantastic baby products that I didn't know I needed. Lovely experience!!!!”

Their home is so beautiful I’d stay there forever. Our mother lived in AZ but we did not. There was never a time I ever had to worry about her care. My mother was not in the best of health when she went there but do to their loving and patient care she had a happy and healthy last year and a half of her live.
