Mister Sparky of Lancaster

Dustan did a great job in a timely and friendly manner. He fixed our problem today and made us aware of not being up to code due to the age of our house. He gave us multiple options to correct this and arranged a future appointment to get the work completed. He was very pleasant and answered our questions and explained everything that he did as well as the future work necessary.

James was excellent! Fast, clean, professional and informative. 100% satisfied the the service administered by James. One small caveat... when I initially scheduled the appointment I was told I would receive a text message about 30 minutes prior to arrival of electrician. I think i was the first stop of the day so it was more like 5 minutes between the text message and electrician arrival. Totally not a big deal, i just planned on rolling out of bed minutes after i received the text he was coming. Other than this small detail, everything else was fantastic. James himself couldnlt have been more helpful.

Derik was fantastic !! We had scheduled Mister Sparky for several things and he did everything very neatly. He let us know of other concerns we should also address as well, and even started on a couple of them with no extra charge. He reviewed everything with us before he started, then explained it to us again before he went ahead with the project. I’m extremely happy about his professionalism and neat work. We will definitely be using Mister Sparky again to complete what needs to be addressed for safety reasons.

James was polite, warm and friendly, professional, articulate, knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my concerns and made me feel confident they could be addressed successfully. He found some issues with my 31 year old electrical box which he presented in a straightforward way with clearly stated and priced solutions. James is an asset to your company.

After several calls to local electrical companies we connected with Mr. Sparky who came out in a day, provided us a quote within minutes and was able to get the job done unlike anyone else. Very impressed!
