Never busy, courteous staff, ample machines and weights for any type of workout, clean, and a great value. The staff is there if you need them but they don't hover or annoy you. Below is a detailed list of the machines they have. It's fairly complete however I may have missed something.
Each room has a squirt bottle and paper towels for cleaning the machines after use. I have also seen *everyone* clean their machine when done. Compliments to the staff for reminding people to clean their station when done. Free and cleaned towels. Locker room with lockers for men and women. Free water and cups. Gatorade, Muscle Milk and Bottled Water for sale at reasonable prices. TV in center room with radios in circuit and free weight rooms.

This is a nice little gym with an overall great staff.
Very nice place no bs, no meat heads, staff is helpful and is quiet. Can get in and get out I like this place.
