“My wife and I just moved into New Oxford area and I looked for a near- by barbershop. Found Jenette's and noted the sign on the door before I entered that appointments were necessary, but walk-ins would be serviced if time allowed. I walked in and was politely told time was not available at that particular time but I could schedule an appointment for later. Janett gave me a business card and I called a few days later and left a message that I would like an appointment. I received a call less than 24 hours later ( around 9 am ) and was told I could come in at 10 am or later in the afternoon that day.... or any other future time that was available. I chose the 10am slot. I could not be more pleased with the friendly and comfortable atmosphere of the shop, the promptness of being able to get my hair cut., and the haircut itself Having the appointment meant no waiting. A real pleasant experience overall.”

“I have been getting my hair done at Kim's hair salon for the past 12 years. I have moved out of Hanover but I like the atmosphere and the people, so I continue to travel a little further just to see my hair stylist Tammy. The only negative thing I can say is to advise people there are two dogs in the salon. Laney a girl dog is a large pet, she is so laid-back and loves to have a little pet now and then. Callie is a small short-haired, I believe she is a terrier that can try your patience some days with her barking. I love dogs so I am very patient. Give them a try and I know they will welcome you with open arms and they're so good to all their clients.”

I'm truly grateful I finally found this place and i dont mind driving about an hour one way to get my haircut here. This place goes above and beyond to satisfy exactly what i want at a price I'm more than happy to pay. The establishment is ALWAYS clean and the staff is professional and caring towards their customers. They also take time to know their customers and go as far as having various forms of entertainment for any waiting customer.
